With VAM dB you can setup appointment confirmations and reminders for each follow up you enter on your calendar. So when you add an appointment to your calendar for the following week, you can have a confirmation email sent to the client. The email will have links where they can confirm the time of the appointment, reschedule or cancel if they need. You are then updated in VAM dB and can see the status in the client record and any reschedule or cancellations in the central alerts. Then next week you could have an email reminder sent minutes, hours or day(s) prior to the appointment to remind them.
